- At HM group we"re looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team and help us continue our rapid growth. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through a variety of channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media. He or she will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate leads that are ready to buy. The ideal candidate will have experience with lead generation, sales, and marketing, and will be a creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box to find new leads.

Required:
- • 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation
- • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns
- • Experience with CRM software,
- • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills

- • Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions
Duties & Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, email, web, and social media outreach
- • Work with marketing team to create high-quality content that will be used in lead generation campaigns
- • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead generation campaigns
- • Manage budget for lead generation campaigns and track ROI
- • Stay up-to-date on latest lead generation practices and tools
- • Train and manage a team of lead generation specialists
- • Develop processes and systems to streamline lead generation activities
- • Monitor and report on progress of lead generation campaigns
- • Identify and troubleshoot issues with lead generation campaigns
- • Adjust campaign strategies as needed to achieve desired results
- • Collaborate with sales team to ensure leads are being followed up on in a timely manner
- • Provide feedback to marketing team to improve future campaigns
- • Ensure all Campaigns are run Smooth
- • Team daily targets are met In all Campaigns
- • Discipline in the Office and running Smoothd
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

What are your work hours?
Guidance: 47-50 Hrs per week Mon-Fri 7:30PM-5:00AM Mon-Fri (India Time) Saturday Sunday will be off but it depends on the client requirement. If they are working then we have to work on Saturday and Sunday.
