Required:
- 5+ years proven sales experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Duties:
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date on the Campaign
- Train, coach, and develop sales staff to improve performance and meet objectives
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets, providing feedback and support as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and grow the customer base
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize campaigns
- Develop promotional materials and initiatives to support sales efforts
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Required Skills and Qualifications

What are your work hours?
Guidance: 47-50 Hrs per week Mon-Fri 7:30PM-5:00AM Mon-Fri (India Time) Saturday Sunday will be off but it depends on the client requirement. If they are working then we have to work on Saturday and Sunday.
